The Casablanca public prosecutor’s office has received the documents and information it requested for completing the study of the case of Le Journal and Assahifa weeklies with a view to delivering a deposit receipt for the publishing of new weeklies, Maghreb Arabe Presse (MAP) reported.
Moroccan Premier, Abderrahmane Youssoufi, was quoted by the agency as saying "concerned people can go in person to the prosecutors’ office to get the receipt."
The two weeklies that will replace Le Journal and Assahifa, which were banned from publishing and will be named Le Journal Hebdomadaire and Assahifa Al-Ousbouia -- Albawaba.com
