Syria’s Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Farouk al Shara received on Sunday a Canadian parliamentary delegation led by Chairman of the Canadian-Syrian Association of Friendship Sarkis Asadorian.
In the course of the meeting, discussions focused on the latest developments on the regional and international levels, especially the ongoing tension in the region due to the Israeli hostile policy and blatant challenge to international legitimacy, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency.
Al Shara stressed the need for the international community to shoulder responsibility in curbing the Israeli hostile behavior and force Israel to comply with the international will. (Albawaba.com)
