Cairo on Thursday hosted the 13th conference of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, said reports.
More than 200 Muslim scholars and government officials will attend the conference, reported the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
It added that the gathering would focus on several issues, mainly supporting the Palestinians in their Intifada against Israel.
