Brothers of Reem Al-Reyashi, who carried out a bombing attack at Erez Crossing last Wednesday, said that they were "proud" of their sister.
Ayman Al-Reyashi told a press conference held in front of the Hidaya mosque in the Gaza city “What our sister had done was an honorable feat that was a source of pride for the entire Gaza Strip and all Palestinians”.
Ayman said that Reem’s love of Islam and Palestine was his sister’s real motivation to launch that attack.
He categorically denied prior knowledge of his sister’s intention, adding that she did not even hint at such an intention. “We last saw her a week ago and did not notice anything unusual,” Ayman elaborated.
Asked about her two children, Ayman said that they were in good health and were under the kind care of their grandmother. (Albawaba.com)
