A bomb scare led to the evacuation of the Russian government's headquarters in Moscow Sunday, Russia's FSB secret services said.
"We are almost certain it was a false alarm," said a spokesman, cited by ITAR-TASS news agency. He added there was at least one false bomb alert a month in the Russian capital.
"Usually the calls come from some unbalanced person," he added.
Only a few people were actually in the headquarters on Sunday - Christmas day in the Orthodox church calendar.
