An explosive device was discovered Tuesday morning at a bus stop in Jerusalem, reported Haaretz newspaper.
The paper said that a number of civilians noticed a young Palestinian placing a bag containing the explosive device at a bus stop on Jabotinsky Street.
Police sappers dismantled the device.
On Monday, two car bombs exploded in Yehud suburb in Tel Aviv, causing no injuries.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) said it carried out the attack to revenge the killing of five Palestinians.
Since the outbreak of the latest Israeli-Palestinian conflict last September, CNN reports that Palestinians have killed over 112 Israelis with weapons ranging from stones and knives to machineguns and car bombs.
