A bomb exploded early Wednesday on a street in Beirut causing a small fire. The bomb had reportedly been tossed from a vehicle traveling in the area.
No casualties were reported in the incident, which occurred on the seafront boulevard in the Ramlet el-Baida area of the city shortly after midnight Tuesday, according to the AP. Local police extinguished the fire, and are investigating the event.
