BMW Group Middle East has launched its innovative website, BMW-ME.COM, an innovative in-depth portal giving customers an interactive and enhanced BMW experience.
“The new website has been produced with the utmost talent and technology by BMW Group Middle East’s IT experts, in order to deliver a premium online experience for our customers,” says Guenther Seemann, Managing Director, BMW Group Middle East.
BMW-ME.COM provides extensive information and full specifications of all BMW vehicles, accessories and pre-owned vehicles. In addition, customers can access the site to download the BMW owner service and warranty manual, catch up on the latest BMW innovations and source details on the BMW Group Middle East’s importer network across the region.
The website features many “not-to-be-missed” sections - from the Innovative Lounge - where all questions on Active Steering and xDrive are answered and remotely experienced - to the Technology Guide, which provides concise and in-depth explanations on all the latest innovations and safety systems available in BMW cars.
“BMW aficionados will be delighted by the new website,” continues Seemann, “as it allows them the opportunity to immerse themselves in the BWW brand and download desktop screensavers, apply for test drives at dealerships and sign up for the BMW e-newsletter to receive latest offers and news.
“It is even possible to download the real engine sounds of various models of BMWs – which will be real music to their ears!”
Another not-to-be-missed feature on BMW-ME.COM is the BMW History section that takes the visitor way back in time, since BMW’s very first beginnings in 1916, from the Dixi to the new BMW. It gives an outstanding chance to see the BMW sporting legends, such as the BMW 328 introduced in 1936, the BMW 501 or the "Baroque angel".
Visitors will also have the chance to get acquainted with the people who made a difference in BMW's history – the Austrian engineer and lieutenant who was appointed as the first head of BMW GmbH, or the man whose record of 279.5 km/h in 1937 remains unbroken for twelve years.
A special log-in section that only BMW owners can access will feature on BMW-ME.COM to provide news, events, and offers at dealerships before they are made to the public.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and based on the internet bandwidth, two versions of BMW-ME.COM are available: the compact version offering mute non-animated details and images, and the video version featuring previews of each vehicle model.
The BMW Group Middle East is now live online, and will be updated on a monthly basis to maintain a non-stop connection with the BMW world.
