An audio message apparently from Osama bin Laden hailed the leader of al Qaeda chief in Iraq, killed earlier this month during a U.S. raid.

The message came in a 19-minute video posted on the Internet. It has shown previously seen tape of al-Zarqawi and refers to him as the "lion of holy war."

Bin Laden pays tribute to Zarqawi as the "knight" of the Islamic nation and a "man of determination and will," who it says was killed "in a shameful American raid."

Bin Laden also vowed to President Bush that al Qaeda will continue fighting U.S. forces and their allies "everywhere."

"We will continue, God willing, to fight you (U.S. forces) and your allies everywhere, in Iraq and Afghanistan and in Somalia and Sudan until we waste all your money and kill your men and you will return to your country in defeat as we defeated you before in Somalia," said the speaker on the tape.
