Bahraini Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa issued on Sunday a decree ordering financial aid to widows around the country.
The decree came after a field tour by the emir to the residence of the head of the Sharia High Court of Appeals, where he met with key figures and community leaders – Albawaba.com
