Bahrain's Prime Minister Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa chaired Sunday the weekly cabinet session.
Following the session, the Minister of Cabinet Affairs Mohammed Al- Mutawa stated that the cabinet reviewed a number of reports, including one presented by the Minister of Finance and National Economy, regarding the outcome of the 61th meeting of the GCC economic and financial cooperation committee, which was recently held in Doha.
Additionally, the cabinet agreed to extend the umbrella of social insurance to include all establishments where five and more persons are working, BNA reported.
Finally, the cabinet approved Bahrain's participation in
a number of regional and international meetings.
