Bahrain’s coastguard on Wednesday warned fishermen and sailors to stay away from protected areas and natural reserves, reported the Gulf Daily News.
“Fishermen should also fish using traditional fishing methods only,” a statement said.
The coastguard also reiterated its warning to fishermen to “stay within Bahrain's territorial waters,” following a series of attacks by pirates, the statement added.
