According to PETRA, minister of Municipal Affairs Tawfiq Kreishan Received on Thursday a visiting delegation representing the Bahrain Middle Region.
During the meeting, the Minister stressed his ministry's keenness on promoting cooperation ties with Bahrain.
The Minister also expressed Jordan's readiness to place all its expertise at the service of Arab brethren, particularly in the municipal domains.
The new municipalities' law will contribute to promoting public participation in the local affairs,'' the Minister added.
For his part, head of the visiting delegation stated that the visit aims at exchanging expertise between the two countries.
The Bahrain delegation also met Secretary General of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs Basem Khatib and outlined with him bilateral ties.
