ALBAWABA- According to Ansar Allah, the Houthi group, American-British forces launched four airstrikes on Hodeida International Airport in western Yemen.

Al-Masirah TV confirmed the attacks, stating three airstrikes initially targeted the airport, followed by a fourth raid.

The outcomes remain undisclosed, and there has been no response from the US or UK. Hodeidah Airport, previously active for domestic and international flights, is currently inactive due to conflict.

Earlier this week, the Houthis targeted the US and UK with 13 airstrikes in the province. Despite this, Hodeida experienced relative calmness on Tuesday.

Notably, the Hodeida governorate, west of Yemen, holds significant importance in Yemen, featuring an international airport, three crucial ports, and an extensive coastal strip.
