Passengers flying to London from Abu Dhabi and Al Ain can now enjoy one of the lowest fares of Dh1,200 on Alitalia, the Italian airline, according to Gulf News.
The attractive offer was announced last week by Omeir Travel Agency (OTA), the general sales agent of Alitalia in Abu Dhabi.
An OTA official said the reduction in price is due to intense competition, adding that Dh1,200 is the price of an economy class return (two months excursion) ticket.
He added that the fare is valid for passengers travelling from Abu Dhabi and Al Ain only and they must purchase tickets before March 7. Passengers also must travel on or before March 31, 2002.
Alitalia, which operates flights from Dubai, provides complimentary transport to passengers from Abu Dhabi to Dubai International Airport.
The airline operates four non-stop flights a week from Dubai to Milan with a wide choice of immediate onward connections to popular destinations in Europe, the U.S. and Canada. (Albawaba.com)
