Amen Lease is to issue 100,000 Amen Lease 2000-2 seven-year bonds at Td100 each, with a gross interest rate of 7% per annum (except for two interest- free years), North Africa Journal reported Saturday.
The issue has been rated BBB (long-term) by the agency Maghreb Rating.
The newspaper said that the Tunisian market saw seven bond issues worth Td 69 million in the first nine months of this year, of which Td55 million was raised by leasing companies -- Albawaba.com
