InterContinental Hotels Group, the world’s most global hotel company, announced today that the InterContinental Resort Al Ain has entered a partnership with the Higher Colleges of Technology Al Ain to provide a unique facility and service – the Creative Leadership Centre Al Ain.

Located just 90 minutes from Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the Creative Leadership Centre Al Ain has been established to provide three programmes including team building, leadership development and management development. With links to the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) in the UK, the Creative Leadership Centre offers internationally accredited programmes for both its leadership development and management development programmes.

Launched today, the Creative Leadership Centre will provide a boost to both participating parties as it aims to be the chosen provider for management training, workshops and small meeting business in the UAE.

Speaking at the launch, Dr. Neal Mangham, Director, Al Ain Colleges, said: “The combination of world class programming from the HCT’s Continuing Education group with the luxury of a five-star hotel provides companies with a unique opportunity for staff development. We are delighted with the development of this partnership, and look forward to serving the business communities of the UAE and the region together.”

As the city’s only resort hotel, the InterContinental Al Ain provides a multi-purpose venue and backdrop to host the conference workshops. Sean Morris, General Manager, InterContinental Resort Al Ain, said: “Al Ain is a wonderful city and this project will further enhance its reputation for providing high-quality, good value activities. The InterContinental Al Ain is an ideal alternative for meeting and incentive organisers wanting to combine both business programmes with highly active indoor and outdoor activities.”

Ideal for organizations interested in training and developing their staff, the Creative Leadership Centre Al Ain will benefit companies that need accredited training to support Emiratisation, clients seeking career structured training for supervisory and management employees, companies or managers seeking team building workshops that are fun but effective and groups that have meetings planned for Al Ain but could benefit from an ‘ice-breaking’ exercise.

Providing and end-to-end solution for busy organizations, the Creative Leadership Centre will care for every aspect of organization. All the client needs to do is establish what their training goal is and The CLC will do the rest – including course proposal, delegate briefing, travel plans, accommodation booking, special dinner events, assessment and certification.

Based on the quiet and peaceful environment of Al Ain, attendees at courses offered by the Creative Leadership Centre Al Ain are tipped to bond together as a team quickly because of the strong focus on staying together and enjoying the remote environment.
