ALBAWABA - Al Jazeera correspondent revealed that air raids were on the outskirts of the Syrian capital Damascus.

Al Arabiya revealed that the airstrikes were reported along with the spotting of flying jets, which were believed to be Israelis.

Today, the Syrian new government headed by Mohammed al-Bashir will be suspending the constitution and parliament for three months, AFP reported on Thursday.

This also comes amid news that the G7 announcement that the Syrian ousted President Bashar Assad and the Syrian regime must be held 'accountable'.

In addition, the G7 group expressed their readiness to assist the transition to an 'inclusive' Syria government in the upcoming period.
