The Moroccan city of Agadir will host the World Championship of KickBoxing. The event is scheduled to take place September 19 to 25.
The announcement on this event came during a press conference held jointly in Rabat by members of the Moroccan Royal Federation of “Full Contact”, “Thai” and “Full Boxing”.
During this press conference, the president of the Royal Federation, Abdelkrim El Hilali, introduced the members of the committee in charge of organizing the event (chaired by Abdelkrim Benatik).
<i>Aujourd’hui Le Maroc</i> reports that the city is expected to host about 600 participants, coming from nearly 60 countries. The organizers expect that 1000 journalists will cover this Championship.
