Abu Dhabi's National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels(NCTH) reported a 21 percent fall in profit to $5.2 million in the year 2000, and decided to raise its dividend by 12 percent to $3.3 million, AME-Info.com reported.
Chairman Obeid bin Saif Al-Nasiri was quoted by the website as saying that “the fall in profit was due to higher general expenses.”
NCTH is currently extending the Hotel Intercontinental in Abu Dhabi and building an extension to the Al Ain Intercontinental – Albawaba.com
