823,034 pilgrims from various parts of the world arrived in Saudi Arabia up to Monday, January 19, 2004, said Director of the Branch of the Hajj Ministry in Makkah Eng. Abdul-Fattah bin Abdul-Shakour. According to SPA, he stressed that 558,560 pilgrims arrived in Mecca, while 264,474 pilgrims arrived in Medinah.
