The 43 edition of the Roses Festival, organized by the local agriculture collectives, is scheduled to take place this year from May 6 to 8, coinciding with the season of the roses gathering. The event will take place in Kelâat M'Gouna and following its last year's success (with more than 25 thousand visitors) also in Ouarzazate.
<i>EMarrakesh</i> reports that the festival will host a series of shows, including modern and popular music concerts and local folklore spectacles, performed by local bands. Among the artists that will take part in this event are the famous Nass El Ghiwane, the popular Berber singer, Raysa Tabaâmrant, and the Arab star, Youri Markadi (from Lebanon).
