The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said Thursday that 3,663 Palestinians were killed and 29,040 wounded since the beginning of Al-Aqsa Intifada in September 2000.
In a statement to WAFA news agency, PRCS added that such statistic includes the four Palestinian workers murdered by an Israeli extremist Wednesday, in the settlement of Shilo, near Nablus.
The PRCS paramedics face huge difficulties during their evacuation of fatalities because of Israeli obstacles, it added. On Wednesday night, Israeli troops prevented PRCS ambulances from accessing to Shilo for evacuating the casualties.
