The city of Agadir will host its second edition of the "Timitar" Festival, which was initiated only last year. Brahim el Mazned, the artistic director of the event said that, unlike 2004 edition which lasted just five days, this year edition will last eight days, from July 2 to 9 and will include richer and wider programs.
Aujourd'hui reports that the Festival's events will take place in three sites in Agadir, at Place Al Amal (where the opening and closing events of the festival will take place), Bijawane and an Open-air theatre, which will together host 45 different artistic sets of local amazighe music and international world music.
