A chief Palestinian negotiator who is participating in the renewed Israeli-Palestinian peace talks told reporters Monday that the PLO is not prepared to accept any peace deal from Israel, citing the Jewish state's new settlement plans as evidence that Israel is not interested in a comprehensive, durable peace agreement.
