ALBAWABA- In a landmark ruling, Kuwait's Ministerial Court sentenced Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, a senior member of the ruling family, to 14 years in prison and fined him 20 million Kuwaiti dinars (approximately $65 million) for embezzlement during his tenure as Minister of Defense and Interior.
