ALBAWABA - American actor and musician Jared Leto has been accused of sexual assault by four women, who were teenagers at the time the incident occurred.
Reports emerged following the BBC documentary, "Jared Leto: Hollywood’s Dark Secret," which featured 10 women coming forward with allegations against the Thirty Seconds to Mars lead singer. The BBC also revealed that 9 out of the women shared their story for the first time in the documentary.
Jared Leto accused of sexual assault by 4 women
Among the victims, one woman accused the movie star of sexually assaulting her in a motel bathroom when she was 17, while another claimed that Leto threatened to assault her when she was 19. Another alleged victim claimed that she had intercourse with Leto when she was 17 in the state, stating further that he shrugged her off despite the age of consent.
Moreover, one woman stated that she had several explicit phone calls with Leto. The BBC documentary also revealed that the fourth woman was asked to sign an NDA to stay silent about their relationship with Jared Leto.
The women featured in the documentary disclosed that the interactions occurred between 20023 and 2016 during the actor's 30s and 40s. Leto is now 54.
