There were a total of 165 cash sales during the month of July and these were worth AED 832.06 millions , 106 mortgage transactions worth AED 1.69 billions , and 28 donations of land and property worth AED 90.57 millions.
The 165 transactions registered as sales by Land Department during the month of July were spread across 49 districts in Dubai. The total area sold was 3.94 million sq. ft.
There were 126 transactions involving the sale of 2.57 million sq. ft of open spaces for a total of AED 1.52 billions . There were 204 transactions involving the sale of 1.36 million sq. ft of build, or developed, land.
