Crime shakes Iraq: 10-year-old boys kidnap, rape, kill 3-year-old girl

ALBAWABA - Iraq has been shocked by the latest crime where two underage boys kidnapped and raped an almost 3-year-old girl, local media reported Sunday evening. According to Kirkuk police, two 10-year-old boys were arrested for kidnapping, raping and killing a girl.
