Saudi social media star Hind Al-Qahtani barely had the time to grieve over her father who passed away two days ago. Today she's facing yet another shock from her family; they disowned her.
Al-Qahhatin tribe has released an official statement disowning the so-called Hind Al-Qahtani for being disobedient and for her disgraceful actions, as per their words.
They wrote: "A declaration of the disownment of Hind Al-Qahtani by Al-Qahhatin tribe,"
"We, Al-Qahtani family from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, publicly announce the disownment of the so-called Hind Al-Qahtani, the disobedient daughter who offended the reputation and dignity of the family with her disgraceful behavior and out of tolerant Islamic norms and values,"
"We ask the people of the country not to hold the family responsible for the actions of the so-called Hind Al-Qahtani, and that all family sheriffs have unanimously agreed on this disownment."
Hind Al-Qahtani, who resides in Los Angeles, has not responded to the statement yet.
The shocking news came after Hind mourned her late father, Shaikh Abdelhadi Al-Qahtani, who passed away two days ago.
The last thing Hind has shared on Snapchat was the stats of her account after her father's death, showing off that she received more than 28k consolation messages, and almost 7.5 million views.
The next Snap was a also a screen shot from Twitter, to show people that she was number one trending hashtag in Saudi Arabia.
