Like her other song, "Hijabi (Wrap My Hijab)," "Dog" is a funky, feminist take on Islamic tropes and values expressed through music. It's also set in the absolute last place you'd think of setting a rap video—among the book aisles in a library—but who said reading wasn't lit?
