ALBAWABA - The daughter of Academy Award-winning actor Tommy Lee Jones died on Friday night, her family announced.
Authorities reported the discovery of a deceased woman named Victoria Jones at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco on Thursday. They added that they were still trying to figure out how she died.
On Friday, a spokesperson for Tommy Lee Jones shared a statement from Victoria Jones's family in answer to a request for comment about reports of her death.
The message read, "Thank you for all the kind words, thoughts, and prayers." "Please give us privacy during this hard time."
The San Francisco Fire Department said that, just before 3 a.m. on Thursday, they went to 950 Mason Street, the location of the Fairmont Hotel, for a medical emergency.
The fire department said that paramedics found the person dead. They called the cops and the medical examiner to take over the case.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner later said that the person was Victoria Jones, who was 34 years old. The office didn't say how or why she died.

In a statement, the San Francisco Fairmont Hotel said it was "deeply saddened" about something that happened at the hotel on January 1, 2026.
The statement said, "The hotel is working with the police as part of the ongoing investigation."

Victoria Jones is the child of Tommy Lee Jones and Kimberlea Cloughley; Tommy and Kimberlea are divorced. As a child and teenager, she played with her father, including in "Men in Black II."
