Some would go to any lengths to get a glimpse of their idol, but one woman didn't expect THIS to happen to her when she excitedly made her way to meet Syrian actor Taim Hassan in Tunis, Tunisia.
Those are the bruised legs of Taim's fan Sireen, who posted the photos on social media with the caption, "I was mugged on my way to see Taim (Hassan) at his hotel... I came all the way from Sousse by train and I don't know anyone in Tunis... I was beaten up and taken to hospital; I'm in such a bad psychological state."
Taim felt terrible to see one of his fans in suffering "because of him," so he reposted her photos on his personal Facebook and Instagram accounts with a personal message to Sireen saying, "A thousand get well wishes, Sireen. I'm terrible sorry for what happened to you. If I were still in Tunisia I would have been honored to meet you. May God bless you, protect you and heal you, and break the hands of those who laid hands on you.
"Your love (for me) and leaving your home to see me means a lot and I highly appreciate it. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I hope that one day we will meet up so that I can thank you in person."
Taim was in Tunis to film his upcoming TV series "Nos Youm" (Half A Day) alongside the gorgeous Lebanese actress Nadine Njeim.
