In an explosive episode of "100 Questions" with TV host Raghda Shalhoub, Tunisian singer Latifa had a lot to say about some of her fellow showbiz buddies.
One of Latifa's most interesting statements was about controversial Emirati singer Ahlam - or as she likes to be referred to, "Queen" Ahlam!
"Ahlam hasn't had a hit that her fans can't stop singing for a long time now. All we hear about Ahlam in the media is her expensive jewelry; but it's inappropriate for a celebrity to show off how much they're worth when the world is in poverty and starving."
Latifa added that she would rather people talked about her achievements rather than anything else, because that's a "real artist's worth."
But maybe Latifa's financial worth isn't "worth" mentioning. She revealed that she's only worth an estimated $1million USD.
That's a good thing then, since Latifa said that owning large sums of money causes her anxiety and stress.
The humble singer said that she only really needs money to spend on her music and to donate it to charity, reported Al Madenah News.
Having said that, the singer revealed that the profits from her new album will go towards the "Long Live Egypt Fund," which has been set up to collect donations to support the country's struggling economy.
Just out of curiosity, how much was this lush fur coat worth?
