The lights are dimmed and the door is locked. Ragheb Alama has entered a closed music workshop to prep for recording and filming the songs for his upcoming album. The Lebanese superstar is getting the project going first by filming the song “Yala Ana Ismi Habeebak” (My Name is Your Lover).

According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, the clip will be filmed by Lebanese director Emad Zaher, the first director Ragheb worked with 25 years ago for his first clip “Qalbi Ashiqha” (My Heart Loves Her). Emad is also known as the first music director in the Arab world, so you know he's good.

Ragheb reunited with Emad, who had been absent from the music scene of late due to his immigration to the United States.

And soon the old school heart throb will spread his wings and fly to the city of love: Paris. Ragheb typically makes his way outside of Lebanon for the month of Ramadan.
