The Dolly and Nadina drama continues as the Middle East news portal Elaph gives Nadina's response to accusations made by Dolly Shahine and her husband/ director Bakhous Ilwan. The couple claimed that the Canadian songstress of Lebanese origin had ripped them off then fled Egypt without paying her financial commitments for the duet she was to sing with Dolly.
In a phone interview with Elaph, Nadina said that she wishes Bakhous and Dolly would take the matter to court, so the truth would be revealed. It's evident to her who conned and took advantage of the other. Nadina stressed that she did not flee Egypt and vows to return to perform a number of projects and file a lawsuit against Dolly and her husband, demanding that they return her 10 thousand dollars she paid to implement the music video. She will also demand compensation for the financial losses they caused her.
Nadina said that Dolly tried to take advantage of her in the attempt to reach international stardom. Disputes began on day one of filming their proposed project, which caused delay after delay. She had to extend her stay in Egypt for about a month, which she did not plan on doing due to her previous engagement in Canada.
Nadina revealed that she will be releasing a new album sung entirely in English with one of the famous production companies and will be making a return to the Arab world to work with Arab poets and composers to present songs that will expand her popularity in the region.
