Love Katy Perry? You're in luck.
If you've ever wanted to hear her roarrrrrr, you'll be getting a chance this New Year's Eve. The show's at Yas Island's du Arena, with tickets going on sale November 8th, at noon, online and in UAE Virgin Megastores. Ticket prices will start at AED 350 (approx. $95) and go up to AED 895 for the coveted "Golden Circle" range (approx. $243).
Perry, known for hits such as "Roar," "Firework," and "Bon Appetit," will perform be performing in Abu Dhabi for the first time, a follow-up to her exclusive November 2015 show at the Dubai Airshow Gala.
In a press release, John Lickrish, CEO of Flash Entertainment, said: “We’re thrilled to bring global sensation Katy Perry to the du Arena stage for this year’s New Year’s Eve concert. The response we received from last year’s successful Coldplay A Head Full of Dreams Tour was incredible, and reaffirms our commitment to continue to offer the best and most diverse entertainment to the region,” said John Lickrish, CEO of Flash Entertainment, in a press release.
Next stop? Probably not anywhere else in the Middle East.
