ALBAWABA - Elon Musk’s father Errol Musk faces shocking sexual abuse allegations today.
According to papers obtained by The New York Times on September 23, Elon Musk's estranged father Errol Musk has been charged with sexually abusing five of his children and stepchildren.
The police, court records, and conversations with family members and social workers that the outlet got show that Errol Musk, who is 79 years old, was sexually abusing his children in both California and South Africa, where he lives and where Elon was born. When asked about the claims, Errol told the New York Times in a statement released on September 23 that "the reports are false and nonsense in the extreme."

The documents said that the first incident happened in 1993, when the businessman's niece, Jana Bezuidenhout, who was 4 years old at the time, told her family that he had touched her. A decade later, she told The New York Times that she saw Errol smelling her dirty clothes. As was already known, Errol told Jana in 2018 that he and she had had a child together, even though he had divorced her mother, Heide Bezuidenhout, in 2004.
Errol Musk is married to Heide and has nine children and two stepchildren. He was also married to Maye Haldeman and Sue Musk.
Family members have also said that Errol abused two of his children and a stepson. The Times says that in 2023, Errol's 5-year-old son told his family and a social worker that he had touched his bottom.
The New York Times received records from the police and the courts indicating the initiation of three separate investigations. The news source said that it's not clear what happened in the third investigation and that Errol has not been found guilty of any crimes.
In a letter to the New York Times, Errol denied the claims and said that they were made up by family members who wanted to get money from Elon by "putting the children up to say false things."
Errol Musk also told the Times in an email that he only knew about one abuse claim, but the news outlet pointed out that he "explained the circumstances around two others" in the same message.
Elon, the founder of Tesla, hasn't said anything public about the accusations against his father.
In a February talk on the Wide Awake podcast, Errol criticized Elon's parenting style. However, he told the Times that he and Elon have a good relationship and "are very close."
At the time, he said, "He hasn't been a good dad." "They had too many nannies and were too rich." Then he got married and had five sons with the same woman. Every child had their own babysitter.
