He also discussed his participation in the Netflix series "Love is Blind Habibi," unaware that it was being filmed for an international platform.
Dr. Abdullah Moussa recalled the moment he went to officiate Youmi Beauty's marriage with complete simplicity and spontaneity, saying, "Before I went, I didn't know they were celebrities… The last time I went was with this Youmi, her name is Youmi… I don't follow her."

He continued, explaining that he only realized she was a well-known figure after the ceremony, as comments and messages began pouring in once the video went viral on social media.
But the biggest surprise came the next day. He jokingly recounted how people recognized him after the video: "The first person I spoke to said, 'My daughter said, "My dad's here!"' I told her, 'Look,' and she said, 'You're the Youmi Beauty Muse, right?' I told her, 'I'm the weekly Muse, not the daily one!'"
The scene, which was unintentionally captured, went viral, even though—as he confirmed—he had asked afterward not to share the clip: "I told her sister not to post the video… but may God forgive her… the video's already out there." Just hours later, he found himself facing a massive wave of reactions in schools, on the streets, and even during Umrah pilgrimage.
Despite the widespread circulation, Dr. Abdullah didn't hide his appreciation for Youmi Beauty and her family, noting that they treated him with utmost respect: "This is Yumi, whom we married off, and may God protect her… They are truly wonderful people… I haven't seen any harm from them, truly."
He also revealed that Youmi Beauty's dowry was "very, very, very modest," explaining that the rumors circulating about large sums of money had no connection whatsoever to what was stated in the official documents.
Speaking about his appearance in the Netflix series "Love Is Blind," without mentioning any details about the other participants, he clarified that he only went to perform his role as a marriage officiant and was unaware that it was part of an international production. He says, "I didn't know this was a program they had… I thought it was like a 'prestige' program… I'd go and arrange their marriages and then leave."
He adds that he was shocked when, a year later, he learned the clip had been uploaded to Netflix and gone viral: "I was surprised a year later when the clip was uploaded to Netflix… I said, 'Guys, I swear I had no idea.'"
He reveals that the whole thing was "predestined," as he felt in a vision he had before the uproar: "In the vision, I saw myself sitting somewhere… and the crowds were watching me… and a year later, this whole thing happened."
Despite everything that happened, he insists he didn't do anything wrong, but he learned an important lesson: "They taught me to be careful… with myself and my reputation… people are merciless." He concludes with a spirit of forgiveness: "Through your platform… I forgive everyone."
