ALBAWABA - Popular American pop star Beyoncé recently went viral on social media after she was spotted wearing a black hijab and long dress while shopping inside a mall in Doha, Qatar.
Some claimed on social media that the gesture hints at Beyoncé's interest in adapting to Qatar's Islamic culture during her visit. However, others stated that the global star was keeping a low profile by wearing the hijab to do her window shopping peacefully, and away from cameras.
Despite keeping a low profile, that didn't stop the paparazzi from spotting the star, as photos of her window shopping at Yves Saint Laurent flooded social media.

A fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter), "Beyoncé spotted in Qatar is one of the most ‘random’ things ever. And the fact she’s still being recognised with the hijab 🤣🤣. I love her!"
Another added calling for media and fans to give the star some privacy, "She's fighting for her privacy all covered up, and y'all still can't respect that."
While she was spotted hanging around Yves Saint Laurent, her husband, and renowned hip-hop star Jay-Z, was also in Doha, but was visiting the National Museum of Qatar. However, there wasn't a major event or a report disclosing the reason both stars visited Qatar.
