ALBAWABA- Warner Bros. released a teaser for the new Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom today where it showcased a sneak peek for the trailer releasing in four days' time. (Sept. 15, 2023).
The movie will be a sequel to DC's most-grossing film, Aquaman, and will tell the story of him against his most formidable foe, Black Mantis where he teams up with an unexpected family member to protect the city of Atlantis.
Who is Returning in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom?

DC and Warner Bros. confirmed that the second sequel of Aquaman is coming to theatres on Dec. 20, 2023, with the return of many previous cast members including James Wan as director, Jason Momoa as Aquaman along with Patrick Wilson, Amber Heard, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Nicole Kidman.
Fans are hoping that Black Manta who is played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II gets the screen time he deserves because DC has done a great job translating the villain from the comics into live-action.
Will having Amber Heard on the cast affect the movie?

It has been confirmed by Warner Bros. that Amber Heard is returning to Aquaman's sequel as Mera despite not having the best track record as of late, especially after her trials with Johnny Depp that ended up in a disaster for her.
The controversial actress made her first appearance in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom's teaser trailer in one of the shots. The news of her coming back to the sequel has been nothing but a surprise because of her controversial past.
Some fans voiced their excitement in the comment section of the teaser video on YouTube by saying:
"I wasn’t originally hyped until this trailer. Seeing Black Manta and watching him go into his comic roots and destroy Aquaman and every single thing he loves is perfection… I will see this in theaters!"
"We're finally about to get that rematch between Aquaman & Black Manta."
