Prominent UAE singer Ahlam announced that she has halted all her entertainment activities and projects temporarily. The singer did not specify how long she will remain away from the scenes stressing that she wants to free herself entirely to care for her family and watch over her children.
Ahlam stated that it is essential that she focuses on her children at the start of a new school year to ensure they are on the right path that will eventually bring them a brighter future. The singer said that once she is confident her children are on the right track and paying attention to their education she will resume her career activities. Ahlam assured that her children and family are her number one priority and they always come before everything else in her life.
Ahlam denied that her decision to be away from the spotlight for some time is her way of preparing for a resignation. Ahlam stressed that her singing career is an important part of her life and she never intends on quitting it.
