ALBAWABA - The time for the first royal wedding in 2024 is only a few hours away, with the marriage of Prince Abdul Mateen, son of Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah, to Anisha Rosnah bint Adam, in the presence of several members of royal families around the world, the wedding being a 10 days ceremony. A question that might come to mind is, will newlywed Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa attend the wedding?
Several pages following the news of royal families around the world on the Instagram platform asked whether Crown Prince Hussein and his wife Rajwa would attend the ceremony, especially in light of the painful events that have been taking place in Palestine since the seventh of last October. Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa had only been married for around four months when the tragic events in Palestine started.

International media has also been curious about if Prince William and his wife, Princess Kate Middleton, will attend the wedding, considering Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah, and his wife had attended their wedding in 2011.
What to know about this 10-day wedding

The Royal Palace of Brunei announced that the wedding of Prince Abdul Mateen and Miss Anisha Issa Kalipich will take place from January 7 to 16, 2024, on the orders of Sultan Haji Hassan Baqiyah Muizuddin Wadudullah. The celebrations will begin today.
On January 7, celebrations will begin with the marriage proposal ceremony.
From January 8 to 10, royal court musicians will perform to officially announce the start of the royal wedding celebration.
On January 11, the Islamic ceremonies of the royal wedding, which include the bride and groom’s marriage, will be held at the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin Mosque.
Then on January 14, the wedding and parade take place in Brunei's capital, Bandar Seri Begawan.
And finally, on January 15, a dinner is held attended by guests from all over the world.
This is a very strong start for the very first royal wedding this year, and it will surely be a wedding to remember.
