This is the moment a former Olympic gymnast successfully completes the 'Bottle Cap Challenge' while performing a headstand and swinging her legs like helicopter blades.
Almudena Cid, 39, from Spain, filmed herself doing the challenge, which requires participants to spin-kick the cap from a bottle without knocking it over.
The slow motion footage shows her standing on her hands as her left leg moves across from the left and she knocks the cap off with her foot.
Aunque las cosas se pongan del reves...

She is initially seen with both legs straightened outwards before she spins both while keeping them perfectly straight, like helicopter blades.
Her foot clips the cap and it falls off, and although the bottle wobbles, it does not fall over.
She uploaded the clip to social media with the caption: 'Even if things are turned upside down.'

Actor Jason Statham, singer Ellie Goulding and footballer Zlatan Ibrahimovic have all posted videos of themselves successfully doing the challenge.
Although Statham's acting colleague Ryan Reynolds hilariously failed in his attempt.
The craze began after UFC fighter Max Holloway turned it into a viral sensation by accepting the challenge from designer Errolson Hugh.
Ms Cid is the only rhythmic gymnast who has competed in four Olympic finals before retiring in August 2008 after the Beijing Olympics.
Commenters loved her video, with Patricia Carr writing: 'I got injured just watching this video.'
And user n33stor_kun added: 'So jealous. For me that's the number one from the #BottleCapChallenge.'
