Devastating. The incident reportedly happened while the couple was visiting from the Russian city of Lipetsk."
He added, "The couple could be seen going to the water's edge when massive waves came and swallowed the woman, an unidentified 20-year-old. The man tried to save her but it was too late."
Users on X took to multiple comment sections and voiced their opinions about the matter:
"I find it strange that one cannot sense the danger to their life when looking at this sea."
"It seems both are drunk, and it looks like the woman is trying to pull the man into the sea. The man is trying to stop the woman by hugging her and telling her to go back."
"Crap. If the sea is angry, stay the heck away from it. I was Coast Guard and pulled out too many bodies. A damn shame."
