Thurailingam Prabagar, armed with ticket number 061680, emerged as the fortunate winner of the life-changing windfall.
Following closely was Selvaraj Thangayan, an Indian national, securing the second prize of Dh100,000, while Uzbek national Nodir Kutliev proudly carried home the third prize of Dh90,000.
