London is home to several army regiments, many of which maintain stables within the city. As a result, it's not surprising to see horses around key government and ceremonial locations such as Whitehall, Buckingham Palace, The Mall, and Hyde Park.

The City of London Police, responsible for patrolling the district, received reports around 8:40 am regarding the loose horses. Taking swift action, officers managed to capture the animals, who were near Limehouse on the Highway bleeding.

In addition to the police response, efforts were made to give necessary care for the horses. An Army horse box was arranged to transport the animals to veterinary facilities for any required treatment.

According to accounts from The Daily Telegraph, the chaotic situation took place as several army horses threw their riders while being exercised. Regrettably, at least one soldier was heavily injured during the incident.
