Microsoft South Gulf has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Zayed University under the patronage of Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and President of Zayed University Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al-Nahyan,
The agreement aims to empower students and faculty members by providing them with the latest Microsoft .NET technologies. The agreement will also make Zayed University’s Institute of Technological Innovations a member of the Microsoft IT Academy Program. This program will allow the University to include Microsoft .NET technologies.
Microsoft opened its Dubai-based Middle East office in 1991, headquartered at Dubai Internet City and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s business in the region, covering the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain Yemen, Lebanon, Jordan, Cyprus, Malta, Egypt and Pakistan. — (menareport.com)
