Heading the development of Grosvenor House Hotel and Hotel Apartments, West Marina Beach Resort, by Le Meridien, the first major hotel development on the Dubai Marina, will be Pam Wilby. She is currently general manager at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa and will have a dual-property role.
The 45-storey building, scheduled to open at the end of 2004, will have 218 rooms and suites in the hotel as well as 206 two- and three-bedroom apartments.
