Nakheel has signed an agreement with UAE-based contractors, Bin Belaila Baytur, to build part of the Shoreline Apartments on The Palm Jumeirah.
The agreement between Nakheel and Bin Belaila Baytur will see the latter construct two sections of the luxurious Shoreline apartments complex located along the Trunk of The Palm Jumeirah. Baytur will complete 10 apartment blocks, out of a total of 20 that will make up the complex. All in all, Baytur will build a total of 1,170 individual apartments.
“We are delighted to welcome Bin Belaila Baytur as our chosen partner on this project. The Shoreline apartments are one of The Palm’s most prestigious developments and they constitute ‘dream’ residences for a lot of our customers, hence the importance in choosing the right contractor for the job,” said Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Chairman Nakheel. “The company is an extremely well respected property developer in the UAE, with impeccable credentials. Together with them we look forward to seeing the Shoreline Apartments completed on schedule.”
The Shoreline Apartments, located the right-hand side off the Trunk on The Palm, are planned as a series of state-of-the-art residences that feature sophisticated infrastructure for Internet access, cable TV, telephones and security.
Safa Dogramaci, Vice President of Bin Belaila Baytur, who signed the agreement said they looked forward to embarking on the project immediately. “We aim to complete construction and hand over the project in total within a maximum period of 20 months,” he stated.
